to see if I would think I should shoot and there is NO WAY IN HELL I would have fired in this instance.

they shot him multiple times even after he stopped and was raising his hands, and then they KILLED him! This was the fourth officer-involved killing in that little town in the last six months, and -- wait for it -- all the officers have been cleared of any wrong doing in the previous cases.

From another news article; "...battled depression after being separated from his two teen daughters, his family said. Antonio Zambrano-Montes, 35, was an orchard worker raised in Michoacan, Mexico, didn’t speak English well..."
