Papantonio: DOJ Becomes Criminal Bank Enabler

Nobody goes to jail. That's the mantra of Wall Street bankers when they break the law. And the recent HSBC scandal has shown that our DOJ has absolutely no desire to send REAL criminals to prison.

Mike Papantonio tells Thom Hartmann how we got here.

He is the only national politician calling for Publicly Funded Elections and an end to campaign contributions! This is the root problem that causes most of our countries problems. Nothing will change until we demand PFE's. Until then our corruption will continue!

13. Rampant Cronyism and Corruption - Fascist regimes almost always are governed by groups of friends and associates who appoint each other to government positions and use governmental power and authority to protect their friends from accountability. It is not uncommon in fascist regimes for national resources and even treasures to be appropriated or even outright stolen by government leaders.

- I'm sure John O'Connor is proud to see the tradition of police corruption in high places is still going strong! And with the high-class, hoity-toity, pish-posh banksters -- instead of the usual kidnappers, drug kings and bank robbers of The Great Unwashed!

Hmmm.... now I come to think of it, nothing has changed!

Unless the perpetrator isn't wealthy enough to afford special legal representation. Then it is an entirely different outcome.
