are the same. They are as multi-ethnic as Americans but it is still true that the more white blood the more likely they are in the upper classes. Rubio's family fled Castro with a lot of things most Chicanos and Tejanos never have had and it is they who are the majority of Latins in this country. I don't see how someone who has money, privilege, and most of all historically colonialist views would appeal to the majority.
