"Rather than back away from his disputed assertions about no-go zones for non-Muslims in Europe, Governor Bobby Jindal (R-LA) has tripled down, first telling Fox News Neil Cavuto that America could soon have its own no-go zones and now, in a radio interview with the Family Research Councils Washington Watch, warning of the coming Muslim invasion of the U.S.
Jindal repeated his comments about no-go zones in which Muslims are trying to impose Sharia law during the Monday interview, telling those who would do the same here, If you dont want to be an American, dont come to America If were not careful the same no-go zones youre seeing now in Europe will come to America.
They want to use our freedoms to undermine that freedom in the first place, Jindal said later of Muslim immigrants. This is a place where you have freedom of self-determination, freedom of religious liberty, freedom of speech. This is an amazing place and were a majority Christian country. Were a Judeo-Christian heritage, but we dont discriminate against those that have no beliefs and or have different beliefs.*

(23,946 posts)"Judeo-Christian traditions" like the ones in these paintings! Lots more examples, endless...
Jindal is so lost in radical Christianity that sullies the name.
The number of times "God" is mentioned in the Constitution of the United Ststes is exactly Zero, for a reason.

No mention of God in the Constitution, an explicit clause saying America is a totally secular nation, founded on seperation of religion and State, and furthermore the Treaty of Tripoli states that the U.S. was in no way founded as a Christian nation.
What fucking "Judeo-Christian tradition"?
Link Mr. Jindal, Fox troll?
My link is the fucking Constitution you pretend you do not hate with a burning bush passion.
From Treaty of Tripoli:
Art. 11. As the Government of the United States of America is not, in any sense, founded on the Christian religion...

(42,641 posts)really the future of the Republican Party in the US?
Right wingers like to talk about Piush (call me Bobby so the KKK will vote for me) Jindal and Paul Ryan as being representative of the "intellectual wing" of the Republican Party.
I suppose that compared to Sarah Palin, Joni Ernst, Mike Huckabee, and Rick Perry that is true, but the fact that these 6 clowns are all prominent Republicans is scary. Even scarier is that most have run or will run for President.
Jindal is playing the fear card, and fear is the best motivator for the ignorant and the uninformed. People who believe this garbage are not going to research Jindal's lies because these no-information Republicans already KNOW that Jindal is correct.
In the world of reality, the US was built by immigrants. Every ethnic group was demonized, from the Irish Catholics to the garlic smelling Italians to the heathen Chinese, to the Spanish speaking Mexicans, even to the( forcibly brought to this country but still treated as not really American) black slaves from Africa.
Factoid: Surveys consistently show that approximately 40% of Americans self-identify as conservative. Research also shows that approximately 40% of the adult population is functionally illiterate.
Coincidence anyone?

(42,641 posts)because he is obviously not "white", whatever that actually is, so he has a hard row to hoe in Louisiana. But you are correct, he converted from Hinduism, with literally thousands of deities, to Catholicism. Generally Catholics are not liked in the south but Louisiana has a large population of Cajuns so Catholic is okay down there. Possibly the only state where one can be KKKatholic as well as a KKK member!
By KKKatholic I am not implying that all or mist Catholics are racist.
