Harry Reid briefing.

He discussed Democratic priorities for the 114th Congress and the Keystone XL Pipeline.?At the start, he provided an update on his injuries sustained from an exercise accident on January 1, saying he expects to be back full-time after his surgery and still plans to run for reelection.
