Members of IBEW Local 3 in New York City are completing one of the most important transit projects New York has ever seen. The 7 Subway line extension is the first funded by New York City in 60 years, and it’s will connect residents and tourists with the largest real estate project in American history. Hudson Yards, on Manhattan’s west side, is a 28-acre project with a $20 billion investment, and will feature 16 skyscrapers when finished.
