Bush Strategist on Mitt Romney: 'You Can't Own Car Elevators and Run On Poverty'

I think when you've lost Matthew Dowd, you've lost the war. Time for Mitt and his little band of merry-money neanderthals to crawl back under the rock they keep sliming out from every 4 years and finally REALLY do this country the 'service' they keep claiming they are out to provide.... by going away.

When Dowd indicates Mitt lack authenticity, he hits the nail on the head. No one wants a complete fake (and his equally-artificial spouse) anywhere NEAR the White House.

a car elevator.

What bothers me is that he used other people's earned pensions to pay for it.

Romney shouldn't do it, however, because unlike FDR, it isn't at all what he believes or cares about, and the truth will out during the campaign.

That's what we hear from Republicans all the time. If you would just WAKE UP and stop seeing yourself as a "victim" than you too will join the ranks of the rich. ANYONE can do it. It's EASY so what's YOUR excuse? And yes, it's an EXCUSE because there are no legitimate REASON for being poor in America.

(And they say it with smug superiority.)
