and the same thing happened. It scared the hell out of people because they did their maneuvers at night when it was dark. The choppers buzzed the downtown area. They landed on roofs of buildings. The next day it was denied that they were training for the convention - but it was very clear that this is what they were doing.

The same thing is happening in Chicago. They are training for the NATO meeting. I just don't know why they aren't honest and admitting that this is what they are doing. Seems to me they would win the intimidation argument if they just said that.
