FULL "Kentucky Tonight" debate between Mitch McConnell & Alison Lundergan Grimes

Kentucky Educational TV finally uploaded the full 57-minute debate to YouTube this morning.

I don't have the time to watch the full debate yet. But KET also has more highlights on their channel, like:

Coal:

Climate change, where Grimes batted down a McConnell claim blaming Obama for a loss of 7,000 coal jobs in KY and said that coal workers aren't just coal workers...they have human needs too!

Minimum wage. Again, Grimes gets on the attack. In response to a viewer's question on Twitter whether the minimum wage is a livable wage, McConnell gave an evasive answer saying that the minimum wage is "entry level". Grimes was a lot more direct in her answer and even said "thank you" to the viewer on a personal level. This clip is a GREAT example contrasting the two candidates.

Poverty - and McConnell lies about Grimes by saying that Grimes only mentioned a minimum wage increase as a solution:

Obamacare:

Student loan debt:

1. Grimes would be a wonderful asset to the Senate. Hope she wins.

Getting rid of turtle turd would be a great thing in and of itself, but she is a wonderful, smart, talented woman who would bring qualities of leadership to the Senate.

2. That moderator

was almost as bad as McTurtle, and I nearly shut it down several times. "The hardest working senator?" Yes, at obstruction and lying, he wins hands down.

and coal videos.

5. She's too weak

She wont even stand up for Obama or Obamacare. She could have killed the turtle-man on those points.
