Although the light is dimming, I thank you for the song. I remember all the times my family and I saw you in concert. You are legends now.

good and so funny, too. After the concert, we walked from the auditorium to a restuarant in the River Walk. Lo and behold, Peter, Paul, and Mary were walking with us to the same restaurant. Nice, nice people.

My first time was in 66 or 67. I do recall a wonderful concert, but I also recall that the venue was known for bad sound. So Peter comes out before the concert, and spends 10 minutes testing the sound in all directions. There were 6 or 7 thousand and he wanted everyone to hear. Also, I have been to a few concerts, and the Peter, Paul, and Mary, always sounded clear and better than the recordings. and that was no mistake.

... for me as a pre-kindergartener off their album back in the early 60s.

Always loved this song and still do.
