By bipartisan committees. That way we would have 9 justices that only made decisions based on constitution and not partisan. We should not be able to know what the vote are going to be every case. I would rather their be an air of mystery in decisions. The country would be better off. The court would not have politics in mind in every decision. Well back to reality.
