We are all living breathing people behind our keyboards. We sometimes laugh, we hope and dream of a better world. Then we cry together for the horrors at times. Many of us stand together at those times. No one person or group will change history. It must be done together, collectively as one.
We have some beautiful groups of people here that stand for each other. That's what friends are for.

... no, sheshe. Please don't look at no response as a condemnation or negative reaction to what you posted. You know how many viewers post as compared to replies. Many DUers float around and read everything they can for a certain amount of time and then they go offline. Heck, half of us read and don't even know what we are reading, because we are half asleep zombie DU freaks! I can almost guarantee you bring a smile and a "Yesssssssssssss!" to many viewers lips as they read your posts. Just remember that they have limited time and want to read as much as they can before they have to go back to their jobs, their babies, or to precious little sleep they can get. It's a rat-race out here. Okey-dokey?
Now, who doesn't enjoy a little Gladys Knight, Dionne Warwick, Elton John and Stevie Wonder in the middle of the night (2;30 am, EST where I am), singing "That's What Friends Are For"? I don't know how old you are sheshe, but I grew up with those four people. Thank you for linking it and typing out the words. I enjoyed it. 
I just got here. Thank goodness there are these words-smile-shine-friends-love-good-can count on. Thank you sheshe2 for a glimmer of optimism, hope and LOVE in a world, it seems, is growing darker. We at least can find some solace, here, in each other.
