(9,298 posts)my peeps LOVED Russ Feingold and voted against Walker twice and later to recall him. They are past fed up and I'm looking forward to the political discussions that will inevitably arise.
I remember last year my favorite cousin referring to Walker thusly: "Now, there's a crook if I ever saw one." Am bringing Sister Simone's book for his wife, "A Nun on the Bus." That group really hammered on Ryan 2 summers ago traveling through Wisconsin.

(5,279 posts)Although to be fair, being stoned wouldn't get us to vote for Walker-lite (ie, blind follower of republican dogma, without enough ambition to overtly cheat). It would take legalized psilocybin mushrooms.

I despise, though not near as much as Paul Ryan. I will put a fifth of my money to defeat this filth, but none of it will go to airheads on mainstream media who talk like Donald Duck.

(50,983 posts)This would cause the costs to the individual citizen and the government to soar. Pass it on.
The Ayn Rand enthusiast also wants to privatize Social Security. Make sure everyone you know understands where Paul Ryan stands on Social Security and Medicare.

This guy will be seen as too radical and a hypocrite:
1. A good Catholic boy; who loves Ayan Rand.
2. Doesn't want the government running your life, yet opposes Gay Marriage, Marijuana legalization, and Abortion.
3. A beneficiary of his father's social security benefits, yet wants to cut most government programs to nothing.
4. A fiscal conservative who voted for all George W. Bush's trillions in deficit spending while a leader in the Republican House.
I actually fear Jeb Bush more than Paul Ryan because he will be portrayed as "the smarter, more reasonable Bush brother."
Bull Shit!
