second of all, the man in the video is not a Marxist-Leninist and third of all, he provides textual proof from the Cuban Constitution itself and has actually been to Cuba to witness with his own eyes, that there is freedom of criticism. Don't believe me? How come there are so many pro-gay protests against the homophobic Castro's? Swallowing bourgeois propaganda isn't going to get you anywhere as a Leftist.
