US President Barack Obama asks audience members to take their seats before speaking at the White House Forum on Women and the Economy April 6, 2012 in the South Court Auditorium of the Eisenhower Executive Office Building next to the White House in Washington, DC. Obama Friday welcomed a downtick in the unemployment rate to 8.2 percent, despite a slowdown in overall job creation, but said there was more work to do to revive the economy.
