If this is about a license plate "misread", it happens a lot more than is talked about.

What happens is the officer pulls behind the vehicle, the License plate reader reads it wrong (Example: He or She is behind a Red Toyota Tundra but the plate reader says its a Green Ford Mustang) and instead of visually reading the plate and manually entering it into the computer or reading it to dispatch, he or she freaks out, calls for back up, holds the driver at gunpoint and forces them to go through the motions of throwing the car keys out the window ...and so on. Meanwhile if the driver makes one wrong move, they die.

I know this because I have family in Law Enforcement. There are a lot criminally stupid people slipping through the cracks and becoming cops.

He wouldve taken a stand against the surveillance state and he couldve won the presidential nomination in 2004 or 2008.
