Those workers looked like Union members which is great also.

These are two things you did Mr. President that your "man" Reagan would not do.
Please refute his economic policies as insanity and get rid of your bankster "advisers" too.

he did away with Glass-Steagal.
IMO, the greatest piece of legislation ever passed to reign in the banksters.
It is amazing what you can get by with if you have a (D) behind your name.

.... was the governor of PA, Ray Shafer, and he was smart, a very nice man,
and he worked for education, infrastructure, civil rights, supported unions,
he was pro environment, and he was republican too. Ray would have no home
in the republican party today because they really have gone bat shit crazy.

For the life of me I don't know why anybody outside of the very rich, bigots,
or fundy nut jobs would ever vote republican. Hell, they tried to get rid of
overtime pay last year.

It goes against the libertarian philosophy to tax anything. They also like to be independent from civilization.

So, we shouldn't be too surprised to find a rift in the tea partiers and the Koch Brothers - when it comes to the Koch brothers taxing their competition in the energy industry.

It may not be purely in line with the topic of the thread, but I think it's kind of an interesting development. Republican governors having the guts to stand up for solar energy.

However, the old panels still found use after Reagan **decided** not to reinstall them
