The photo, which spread quickly on conservative websites and Twitter, is intended to paint Martin as a thug. They so desperately need an excuse for why "thou shalt not kill" was broken, that they have no problem breaking "thou shalt not bear false witness". Where's Roy Moore to drop some stone tablets on a few heads?

So sad when a murderous SOB can possibly get off because of his fathers political pull. I can only imagine that is where all this is coming from?

And to think this person was a judge is obscene.
