Anyway that cartoon predates Obama Care by quite some time. All that happened since then, is they rearranged the equipment on the left side pole and changed some of the settings. Otherwise it is still business as usual, but with more customers. The insurance companies, with all their overhead and profits, are still between the doctors and the patients.
