Jeff Thigpen: an example of why the GOP hate government employees

Jeff Thigpen, hero bureaucrat. This is a perfect example of how government looks out for regular people in the face of large corporations that normally squash such people like bugs. Thigpen is the Deeds Clerk for Guilford County North Carolina. He's filing dozens of lawsuits against banks and mortgage companies that are foreclosing on people, and yet the documents that claim those banks and mortgage companies own the property appear fraudulent. (Fake signatures, etc.) In fact, fraud, and more often just sloppiness due to the haste at which the banks were determined to screw people with adjustable mortgages, is often involved. So much for the myth about the noble private sector, and the evil gubmint bureaucracy.
