Of the Southern states, IMO Florida is the best shot because, unlike Texas, can get a measure on the ballot.

... we need to see more red states legalizing MJ. Those guys need to chill out! Relax. Learn how to be nice to someone other than themselves. If MJ is a gateway to anything, wouldn't it be obesity? Heck, they might mellow out so well that they'll start turning their guns in and committing outright acts of kindness. Start apologizing to everyone they've been mean to all their lives. I see a revival here! If there was just a way to get MJ in those backwoods churches, instead of snakes, that would be "Far out!" (said like John Denver said it, with a big grin on his sweet face.)
