Apparently, first amendment rights can be terminated

and they have limitations, according the Chicago, IL police department. The out of control cop here was the one creating the scene, not the journalists who were doing their job.

If they're rights, we shouldn't need permission to exercise them.

a story (although the so-called Reporters' Privilege is nowhere near as broad as most members of the Press assume it to be), but there are all types of restrictions on Freedom of Speech generally. That was the only point I was trying to make.

5. I believe there's a constitutionally guaranteed right

to keep and bear a long gun for civil defense. I find it hard to believe the founding fathers envisioned zealots assassinating Drs. or frightened suburbanites murdering the neighborhood children.
