concept of Rights. No Right is absolute. All of them can be and are modified and circumscribed by law. The issues arise as to whether a given restriction has been found to be constitutional.

a story (although the so-called Reporters' Privilege is nowhere near as broad as most members of the Press assume it to be), but there are all types of restrictions on Freedom of Speech generally. That was the only point I was trying to make.

to keep and bear a long gun for civil defense. I find it hard to believe the founding fathers envisioned zealots assassinating Drs. or frightened suburbanites murdering the neighborhood children.
