(10,495 posts)a one-sided power structure that can then take advantage of labor, who is powerless to fight back. This has been proven time after time. They are not going to treat workers fairly if they don't have to. History and common sense should tell you this. Scalia, Thomas, Alito, and Roberts are all in the tank for Big Business. We have the most pro-business SCOTUS of all time.

In the next 10 yrs there will probably be 3 Justices replaced on the SCOTUS.

And if the court sides with the antiunion plaintiff, public-sector unions would no longer be allowed to require employees to pay dues as a condition of employment.
