Papantonio: JPMorgan’s Destructive Rap Sheet
There is absolutely no question that banking giant JPMorgan knew that Bernie Madoff was ripping people off, and that they did nothing to stop it. In order to stop any further investigations into the bank’s involvement, they’ve agreed to pay $2 billion dollars to make the whole thing go away. Ring of Fire’s Mike Papantonio discusses why this settlement is a bad deal with attorney James Kauffman.
