4. No minimum wage is acceptable if...

..there is a cap on total earnings.
If you agree to make earning over 10 million dollars (from any and all sources combined, regardless of where said wealth is stored) in a lifetime illegal, we can agree on a lowering of the minimum wage.
All existing wealth over 10 million dollars to be absorbed by the federal government.
Evaders of the maximum earnings law, to be treated as an enemy combatant and hunted down with drones.
Estate taxes at 95%, if your social group is so fundamentally superior, this minor adjustment to financial laws are not insurmountable.
