It takes place outside his home in Brooklyn. First all you'll see for about 12 minutes is a lot of neighbors standing around. DeBlasio and family come out of home at at 12:29 min. The ceremonial inauguration with Clinton tomorrow, also outdoors, is at City Hall at Noon.

it was live streamed and I looked at it again before posting so thought it was there. I'm not tech savvy. Looking for it elsewhere. Associated Press asked for access so maybe it's in another media website. I'm looking.

... and posted/pasted the link in the comment above.

On DU when you paste a video's YouTube link it automatically embeds the video into the OP or Comment.
