Wouldn't Muslim be as religious as Jewish law and determination based upon that law?

made in arbitration by a religious court (Muslim or Jewish) which then attempts to be enforced in a U.S. court. I don't really understand what you're asking.

I was concentrating on the exclusive religious courts that decide w/o intervention of American courts.
