It really is that simple. Tavenner gave a clear and concise answer but I'm sure that if look at the C-SPAN tape the Reptilian Chairman wouldn't have "accepted" it.

...they want bad press for the ACA, plain and simple. They are not one bit interested in explanations of changes to coverage. They want the ACA appealed. They could care less about those 40 MILLION UNinsured. They are in this to defeat this law, to defeat this President, and to prevent anyone from ever having to pay a nickel to help those in this country and society from gaining assistance or needed help. Fook them all! Every last one of them. I haven't met even one repuKKKe that is worth their weight in dirt. Shame on them all.
