Such as the "kingmakers" like the billionaire Kochs are calling the shots due to massive campaign contributions, threats of possible retribution if they are crossed, promise of other goodies like jobs for those when the leave Congress, or maybe even their relatives getting employed. Anyway, I think the Really Rich Guys are making these finks jump and be ready to jump at a moments notice, like voting to repeal the ACA 42 times (which is really crazy, even for Congress, no?)
