Isn't that Lawrence O'Donnell's time slot? Alec Baldwin? Really?

O'Donnell is on, I believe, Mon-Thurs.

Baldwin's show is once a week on Fridays at 10pm. He's going against Bill Maher on HBO. Should be interesting to see how this unfolds.

Not that I can ever stay awake that late anyhow! Don't get HBO so can't watch Bill Maher, but would definitely DVR his show if I could. Probably won't bother to record Alec. I look forward to what others' take, though.

Bill Maher comes on at 10 also but Bill's show replays again at 11:00pm so I can watch Alec and then Real Time.Besides, HBO shows REAL TIME all weekend long. Literally!

I would love to see Alec crash all MSNBC's personalities. Rachel Maddow. Alex Wagner. Andrea Mitchell. Although, the one I would DIE to see is Alec doing a promo with Chuck Todd. I doubt Chucky would be doing much acting.

Alec and Lawrence O'Donnell are old friends. They've know each other for years and Alec even has been a guest commentator on Lawrence's show. Not sure if it is true but heard a rumor that Lawrence is the one who suggested Alec to MSNBC for a show.
