Wealth puts people into motor cars. Me and thousands of other students of modest means used bicycles at Purdue.

takes over every month, just to keep up the pressure on the general public's awareness.

In Chicago?
How would they clear winter snow in that case? The plastic stanchions are removable, allowing the fullest possible amount of plowing to happen.

It's interesting that he is down on helmet use even while noting that the accident rate for bicycles is 30 times greater in the US. "Unnecessary" safety equipment is not unnecessary!
