Christians will probably assert that aborted fetuses/babies go to heaven, because god loves them and they are innocent.
But what that means then, is that they get a free ticket to heaven, thereby bypassing the misery of human existence, where we are judged by God on whether or not we are worthy of coming upstairs when we die.

So abortion must be a good thing!
