Well, this does not bode well for the future of freedom everywhere

I am not a whacked out CT-er, but I am cynical and I do like to be prepared for the worst possible outcomes. I have long maintained that since 9-11 our government has been aggressively building up the infrastructure for a national security police state. One of many disturbing examples is the military force response to Occupy Protests, and other protests. The total information awareness approach via NSA stuff is simply Big Brother. 85% to 95% of all Americans want background checks before buying a gun and the laws don't happen. As Noam Chomsky pointed out, if we're committed to preventing terrorism, how come we have a drone program that insures generations of terrorist blow-back for perhaps generations to come. Etc.

One of my concerns is impending bursts of financial bubbles. I'm concerned about the magnitude of student loan debt, but the bubble I find most horrifying is the 1.2 quadrillion dollars left in debt based derivatives in the banking system. (1,000,000,000,000,000 (one thousand million million; 10 to the 15th power) This is funny money, bottled smoke that may not be backed by anything tangible. It is also perhaps more money than the entire gross national product of the planet many times over?

The vid may have the aroma of a tin foil hat, but to me the future of humanity and American Democracy appears to be doomed. I feel that, as human beings, we can do fantastic things collectively, but we sure as hell aren't even going to come close because all institutions we depend on to run a fair and just society respecting our Constitution have been corrupted beyond repair by people that want as much money as they can get by any means they devise to get it.

We need the most honorable capable people our planet has to offer to get us out of this, and all we've got running things are weasel-people. We are being run by people who think like animals!

They are nothing more than bets made of more bets.
Yet, just as with the TBTF banks other holdings, they are counted as real.

they are trying to blow another housing bubble, too, I notice.
