ANG Major (and Vietnam vet) Fred Meyer explains to Channel 12 Eyewitness News, Long Island what he saw from his helicopter the evening that TWA 800 went down.

I have been told that if you go to to http://www.EpixHD.com and sign up for a free two week trial, you can watch it for free. I am not in the US and therefore have not verified this for myself.

and are also calling on the NTSB to reopen the investigation.
