TYT:Surprised? Obama Admin Ignores State Marijuana Rights

This totally depresses me. I really wish that Obama would stick his guns on more of his promises.

To be fair, the last couple of minutes gives what I think is probably the reality of being the president....

investigations that have been going on for two years-long before WA State legalized it--

In all fairness-and to my best knowledge-PBO has Not violated this promise.

The Ogden Memo clearly states that persons must be in clear and unambiguous compliance with state laws.

Now, that said--they could have saved tax payers a lot of money by dropping them....
Imo-there is no actual "crime" outside words on paper for the Public is Not harmed by these activities--the most dangerous element surrounding matters of cannabis Are the Laws, Rules and Policies governing its use.

Additionally, besides being a Very Costly Public Funded program it IS a highly profitable endeavor for certain" industries-Prohibition absolutely is what the "New Jim Crow" laws are based upon, the WoD's Fuels and supports Discrimination/Racism--imo.

...they can't have it both ways. They're lying sacks of shit. For those unfamiliar with the concept -- This. Is. The. Truth.

- K&R

This is the Obama Administration's totally hypocritical cannabis policy:

''I'm not going after medical marijuana users who have serious illnesses and medical problems, I'm just the going after the major marijuana suppliers who's products they buy and are, of course, helping to keep these people alive. But that's a totally different thing, see?''

*** - And before anyone tries to claim that they have no choice but to obey and enforce the law, I'll remind them of the dead Americans who were droned-down and never got their ''Due Process.'' So you can that one.

There's no way that a real progressive would ever be take seriously as a presidential candidate with the way that the system is currently structured.
