but as it appears, couldn't replace hearing aids...Hearing aids have come miles..the latest trend is remote tiny transmitter that a family member, instructor, pastor, etc can keep close by that delivers the sound to the hearing aid..this helps dramatically with the problem of background noise amplification which has been the bane of the hearing impaired..
