I have no idea why this says it was banned; I can't find proof of that. The video itself is remarkable.

I don't see anything distasteful or controversial.
Even among the crazies who play songs backwards to find demonic meaning you're not going to find many who object.
I would guess at worse it just wasn't given wide distribution.
