6. As a balloon twister

Let me just say that the penis balloon sculpture shown was amateurish and lazy. *MY* penis balloon sculptures use twisting balloons that are 6 inches wide, have five-inch round balloons as testicles, and uninflated balloons wrapped in as pubic hair. I do this on the rare occasion when I work bars, and some drunk chick thinks she's going to embarrass me by asking for a penis hat.
