3. I thought she expressed herself beautifully in this interview.

Talk about having a good heart! She is just very, very shy.

Sounds to me like the defense attorneys intimidated her, frightened her a bit. They made her feel insecure -- as if they thought she might be lying. That was just a psychological trick.

5. Before the trial Mr. West asked her questions for NINE hours during her deposition.

She came into the trial already not liking Mr. West.

And it really made her mad when he started asking her in Court if she understood English because he knew she did because he heard her speak at the deposition.

4. The only problem I had with her testimony..

...was the volume. She has a soft voice and I missed some answers due to that. After the court fixed her mic though.

7. She said that she had talked to the investigators before the 911 tapes were released...

& after she heard the 911 tape with the screaming, it matched up with what she told investigators.

This would have been a good point to be made by the prosecution.

They used to do that in show trials in the South,..as if black people are all fresh off the boat from Africa or have some secret ghetto talk. All to make her "different" from "us".
