1. All of these type of issues need to become main election issues in the coming elections.

We the people, voters, need to be aware that democracy is being dissolved. Members of Congress take an oath of office and a pledge to uphold the Constitution. How is moving from a trial by jury to arbitration upholding the Constitution? How is striking down Section 4 of the Voting Rights Act, upholding the Constitution? If new Congressional Members cannot uphold the Constitution, then they should resign before taking the Oath of Office. If Congressional Members cannot uphold the Constitution, then their constituents should publicly demand their resignation while voicing the reason why.

2. This is how capitalism works.

The rich and their corporate monopolies capture the judges and the politicians. There is no justice in a capitalist system unless it makes someone with a lot of money, more money.

Every avenue, every possible means of escape, from the dog eat dog world of overbearing corporate control is blocked. You are the corporate elite's subject, they will rule you and control you on a whim.
