White House Petition to Pardon Edward Snowden.

I found this cool home video on youtube regarding the White House Petition to Pardon Edward Snowden.

President Obama deserves credit for starting up "We The People - Your Voice in Government", the White House Petition site.

It's a great way to tell the government what you want it to do. Petitions need 100,00 signatures in 30 days to qualify for an official response.

The "Pardon Edward Snowden" petition has 84,000 signatures and climbing.

People sometimes wonder whether a pardon can be granted before a person is charged with a crime...

Pre-emptive Presidential Pardons
Can you be pardoned for a crime before you're ever charged?
Yep. In 1866, the Supreme Court ruled in Ex parte Garland that the pardon power "extends to every offence known to the law, and may be exercised at any time after its commission, either before legal proceedings are taken, or during their pendency, or after conviction and judgment." (In that case, a former Confederate senator successfully petitioned the court to uphold a pardon that prevented him from being disbarred.) Generally speaking, once an act has been committed, the president can issue a pardon at any time—regardless of whether charges have even been filed.

Meanwhile, here's my thumb on my nose at any "progressive" lickspittles who defend the State over the free person, thereby advancing the cult of authoritarianism.

And if by some strange situation, it is found out that Snowden sold other secrets to China or Russia, or if by some strange chance, he releases more info that IS not NSA but something TOP SECRET, that will affect this nations security?, then what will you do with your thumb?

He leaked documents showing that the United States intercepted communications from then-Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and of the U.S. spying on China. He crossed the line from whistle-blower to espionage.
