I'm beginning to wonder if she isn't starting to get tired of all the bullshit she must be subjected to on a regular basis at her job. I occasionally see a glimpse of the disgust she feels for the clowns she works with in videos like this, and I wonder if her 'last straw' moment will be televised...

But I think she had to come out and say something because those two are attacking her right to do what she does, and now that she's got a child, as do myriads of conservative women out there being left by their husbands to raise children on their own, she's finding herself needing to push this shit back into their teeth for all their sakes.

She will never side with a liberal woman who feels the same as she does, so let's not get confused and think she's starting to see the light. She's still drawing her paycheck from that place and will continue to spew nonsense and lies just as long as that check cashes every 2 weeks.

I saw eleven minutes of it. Significantly, the image switched from close-ups of her, with her two patronizing, sexist guests, to long shots of the whole studio - MAKING SURE to center upon her bare legs, easily visible under the minimal desk, and showcased from a nicely short skirt and sexy shoes. They did that a couple of times - wide shot of the set, legs dead center. No reason for it, at all, other than to establish that it was time to notice the fetching female anchor has legs, too.

I remember the follow up coverage to her anchoring on Election Night, and how she marched down the hall from the news set to check out what kkkarl rove was denying was happening (as in, the numbers were going for Obama). And the off-camera direction was to make sure the camera pulled back to get a full-length shot of megyn coming down the hall, so everyone could see her legs as she approached.

It appears Megyn Kelly had a bit of a feminist awakening after all the shit she caught after she took a maternity leave.

Sure, the two guys are ass hat Leave It To Beaver stereotypes.
But I already knew Dobbs and Erickson are walking talking doodoo. The listener likes what Kelly says (I mean really, what woman or half-educated man, myself included, isn't going to be saying "You go girl!"?) but what she is saying is a like a tasty serving of antintellectualism served on a platter of outraged feminism.

The point that caught my ear and prompted my reply was the last three or four sentences of the clip. But at the same time, I didn't see the anti-intellectualism nearly so much the second time through.. She did have that weird "I'm not a feminist" bit and the odd ending.

This strikes me as one of those cases in which the broken clock is still correct, twice a day. Either that or, things got too male-chauvinist-piggish even for Miss Faux News.

Where she says she would not describe herself as a feminist. Too many people have no clue what the word feminist actually means

she got her ox gored this time so she's out for blood on these two assholes.

I'll believe she had a revelation if she comes out talking about help with healthcare, childcare, and all the other stuff single working mothers who aren't highly paid, glamorous TV anchors could use a hand with.

C'mon Megan-- you got sisters in this fight or is it just all about you?

Seems like Murdoch or Ailes is trying to soften the unceasing misogyny of the extremist right winger. And they were able to find acouple members willing to take one for the team.
As Americans continue to allow themselves to be misinformed about America's past and the present by Fox "news" and other right wing reactionary "news" outlets. Make no mistake; most, if not all, teabaggers dream of the day that America will disintegrate due to the damage inflicted by teabaggers. And after the right wing has completed the destruction of our country, they will blame libruls, muslims obama and anyone that doesnt buy all the conspiracy theories being pumped into our body politic.

Bravo good show
But clearly a planned attack. Why else would she have a sheet of paper with all her facts already on it. Trust me the three of them where doing fist pumps in the break room after this

Ms Kelly is a former attorney, so we know she's not unintelligent.

No matter how far to the right she may be, Fux Noise sure must pay her pretty well to put up with knuckle-draggers like this.

Was this staged? I don't know, but if it was she could have a career in Hollywood too, because she certainly gave off a convincing impression of being pissed-off.
