But didn't the sheriff himself ask for a parallel FBI investigation about the Silva death? Art_from_Ark May 2013 #2

After learning about the K-9 dog attack on Youngblood's ex-wife, I think he should be investigated.

How is it that law enforcement made themselves known before and while entering the residence? And are K9 dogs trained to just attack anyone and everyone they find present when they enter a property? I don't think so. Since the woman was sleeping, she could have hardly done anything to make the K9 feel she was taking aggressive actions against anyone.

I suppose it's just a coincidence that this happened, and that so many other abuses of power have occurred in this department.

Someone needs to be held accountable, and it sure seems obvious where the investigation needs to begin.

I hope Mrs. Youngblood recovers fully, and I hope she sues for everything she can possibly get, and gets it. Her estranged husband needs to be removed from his position immediately, and investigated.

Where are our pig apologists on this one?

Sorry about your ear being ripped off your head and all but you didn't say anything so we really didn't do anything wrong. How are we supposed to know it's not OK to turn our flesh eating dogs loose in your house if you don't say nuthin? It's all very unfortunate but we followed procedure. - Sgt Joe Grubbs

...bringing the dog in to begin with and subsequently losing control of it.

The dog will be fine and put back to work, the cops will get some paid desk time and back on the street in a week.

Hypothetically, say she pulled a pistol from her nightstand and shot and killed the dog. Of course we all know the police would have killed her for doing this, but say she lives, is what she doing self defense or resisting an officer?

Violent crimes are on the decrease, but cops have ramped up violent "investigations" at an unprecedented rate.

What is is with cops these days? They used to use violence as a LAST RESORT.

Now it seems to be the RULE.
