For decades, front groups for corporate America have been trying to sell us the idea that we need tort reform. And this effort that was started almost 4 decades ago is still going strong today, and Ring of Fire’s Mike Papantonio recently spoke with Linda Lipsen, the CEO of the American Association for Justice, about the corporate front groups that are pushing tort reform across the country.
