Dems win on cultural issues.

Repubs win on economic (and some international relations) issues.

And the R's pretty much have won on education since Dems have rolled over and been co-opted on that.

I'm happy for Marriage Equality winning overall, but I can't help thinking it has come at a hidden political price.

If it is about more than LGBT then we are not winning. I think the country's policies have become more racist than a generation ago. (And that was the Reagan era-- so its saying something.)
