not that it really matters, but just fyi, the surveys seem to be sent out by different councils (think geographical units) and they are not the same in different areas. The one that I received is not what is described here. Here is a screen shot of what I received-

I have not supported the Boy Scouts because of their discriminatory practices, even though I was one myself as a boy, until I knew better.
