Is there a version in English? All I could see was a bunch of what looked like game terminals and a bunch of receipts. What exactly was the scam?

It does help if one states who, what where, when and why unless it's obvious. I've read vague posts such as ... Joe Smith arrested or Joe Smith leading in the polls. No location or idea who he is. Not everybody can follow everything everywhere all the time.

Russian police arrest the leaders of an organized crime group that set up thousands of fraudulent payment terminals in Moscow and other cities.
