The minimum wage for tipped workers has been frozen at $2.13 for over 20 years. Author Saru Jayaraman marches on Washington with restaurant workers struggling to make ends meet and talks about how we can best support their right to a fair wage. Jayaraman is the co-director of the Restaurant Opportunities Centers United and author of Behind the Kitchen Door, a new exposé of the restaurant industry.

What is the percentage to tip still 20 % or is it recommended higher because of this frozen wage.. midnight Feb 2013 #1
