Very!

The next message has to do with consistency, and that's what the physical ed programs should be doing in public schools.

Once someone gets fat, particularly gets past high school fat, they'll almost always be fat. The percentages are very high this is true, and very low for people who manage to lose, but more importantly, keep weight off.

Want to be thin? Don't ever get fat. Want to develop a slim population? Face these truths, and start from the earliest time, to now, and make parents aware.

There is this sort of denial of reality in the idea that we're all going to slim down to our ideal selves. I can tell you from experience, as I'm 6'1" tall, and lost to 197 pounds several times. To maintain the weight, I had to be in constant, nagging hunger. From what I've read, it had to do with deflated fat cells, that don't go away (so never get them), sending a chemical in the blood, that tells the brain they need to be fed.

So reality, embrace it--people aren't likely to get slim. You want slim, you develop it from birth. Eighty years from now, you'll see an improvement.

How bout that bitches?

I would agree she's about 10 years older than me. , I'm overweight. Luigi's italian frozen ice only thing that shrinks . 292 pounds and my back sucks. Yes I'm out of shape. Suffering from depression. lost a dog, job and grandpa all in one year. Problem is needing advice on how to eat. Atkins is possible but one can't stay on it. South Beach Diet maybe.

Do have an app called Noom. thats interesting...

Do have one question.... how does Sarah Palin claim she eats cookies yet has that rail thin body of hers. I would assume she follows Michelle on her own time
