It sounded like Bob was baiting the conversation with this logic:

1. You say guns on campus will prevent crimes on campus? (Panel enthusiastically agrees)
2. Have you ever heard of rape on campus? (Panel scoffs...)

ergo, as guns are not currently restricted from college campuses, and rapes are currently happening, the belief that the presence of guns will decrease violent crimes is a myth.

Bob B could be crazy and on FOX, or he could be crazy like a fox. The clip ends before the point is clear.
